The frequency of our brain is usually 14 to 30 hertz. We run our brains on this frequency almost all day. With this frequency of the brain we communicate, work, express emotions, and think necessary thoughts. When the brain is at this frequency, it is called the Beta State of mind, and the rays emanating from the mind in this state are called Beta waves.

When at some point in the day we are thinking of something lost in our thoughts or an event or fantasy, then the frequency of our brain decreases to 8 to 14 hertz. Or when we are going to sleep, the state of drowsiness is getting worse, this is also the frequency of our brain. This is called the Alpha state of mind and the rays emitted in this state are called Alpha waves.

Light sleep is called theta state of mind and has a frequency of 4 to 8 hertz. Dreams also come in this frequency.

The state of deep sleep is called the Delta State of Mind, its frequency is 1 to 4 hertz. No dreams come at this frequency.

When you think of someone who is lost in your thoughts, the frequency of your thoughts enters their mind and when they think of you, they call or message you. It never happens that you think of someone in anger and suddenly their call comes. Because in a state of anger the brain is in a beta state of mind.

Meditators also take their minds to the Alpha State of mind so that they can enter the world of meditation. This frequency introduces us to the other world, things that cannot be seen with the naked eye can be seen in this state of mind. Inspiration also happens in the same frequency, a sixth sense also works in the same frequency and discovery also appears in the same frequency. Conscience is found, insight is found, compassionate help is given and spiritual healing or energy healing is also done in the same frequency. The wonders of the spiritual world can also be seen in this state of mind.

The look is similar to the state of mind. No one can be looked at voluntarily. This look also appears when one thinks of someone on this frequency. Often we ourselves are quietly watching our children play in the alpha state, so our own eyes are also on the children.

If we learn to live and live in the Alpha state of mind, we can have all these benefits.

9. Whatever you say will go straight to people’s hearts. The thinking of this frequency is “not power but flight”.

How to get this frequency of the brain.

It’s very simple, just like you don’t have to work hard during daydreaming, you go to this frequency on your own. You can also get this state of mind optional.

Relax your body and mind. Your muscles will be loose and your body will be relaxed. Then relax your mind and you will feel the heat coming out of your mind and flying into the air and cooling your mind. The brain is less active and quieter. The movement of neurons is slowing down. When the mind feels cool and relaxed and the mind is emptied of various thoughts, that is the Alpha state of mind. You may also feel slight drowsiness.

All I have to do now is keep reminding myself that “I have to maintain the same state of mind, not to speak loudly, not to be angry, not to express emotions, not to take tension.”
